🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Repair hardware on doors, cabinets, furniture, and windows.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical components like fixtures and switches.
• Handle plumbing repairs including faucets and clogged drains.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3–5 years experience in building maintenance
• Certificate in building maintenance from a vocational school
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
