You'll serve as the technical owner of the silicon development toolchain at PsiQuantum, driving EDA tool validation and internal methodology education across the IC design organization. You'll ensure tapeout integrity through reproducible tool environments and structured training, enabling teams to execute predictably and efficiently at scale. This role combines deep technical expertise with a passion for knowledge transfer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate and release EDA tool versions, PDKs, and automation frameworks.
• Maintain golden tool environments and flow baselines per project milestone.
• Develop structured methodology documentation and best-practice guides.
• Deliver internal training programs, workshops, and onboarding curricula.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in semiconductor design implementation or verification.
• Experience supporting multiple tapeouts.
• Expert-level Python coding skills.
• Experience managing EDA tool upgrades and validation processes.
