Description
You will own a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, driving renewals, expansion, and net dollar retention. You'll manage the full renewal cycle, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver ROI for B2C leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in quota-carrying, client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Install Base Sales) in SaaS
- Proven success owning renewal and expansion targets; experience managing five-to-six figure commercial cycles
- Strong ability to manage a higher-volume book of business without sacrificing quality or commercial rigor
- Commercial mindset seeing customer success and revenue growth as inseparable
- Operational discipline and proactive ownership mindset
Responsibilities
- Carry net dollar retention quota; own renewal cycle and close expansion/cross-sell opportunities
- Build efficient account plans balancing high-impact strategic engagement with portfolio-wide coverage
- Lead QBRs, renewal discussions, and strategic conversations with VP/Director-level stakeholders
- Manage renewal and expansion negotiations with confidence; navigate procurement processes
- Leverage knowledge of Gladly's platform and AI capabilities to recommend solutions driving efficiency and value
