You'll lead Natera's Statistical Programming team advancing oncology clinical trials with cutting-edge molecular diagnostics. You'll provide strategic and technical oversight for all statistical programming activities, including regulatory submissions. This role offers the chance to build and mentor a high-performing team while driving practice-changing science.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, mentor, and direct a high-performing statistical programming team
• Provide strategic direction and standards for the programming function
• Serve as primary programming lead for regulatory submissions
• Direct generation and validation of analysis datasets and TLFs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years industry experience supporting clinical trials in diagnostics, biotech, or pharma
• 5+ years leading a team
• Expert working knowledge of R for clinical trial reporting
• In-depth knowledge of CDISC standards including SDTM and ADaM

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with NGS, genetics, or oncology molecular diagnostic testing
• Experience maintaining statistical packages and computing environments under version control
