Description
You will drive new business growth by selling Parloa's agentic AI platform to leading enterprises across Eastern Europe. You'll own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, and shape market strategy for the region.
Requirements
- 4+ years SaaS or tech sales in a closing role with quota attainment
- Proven ability to win new logos in enterprise sales
- Experience building pipeline in outbound-driven environments
- Ability to engage VP/C-level executives
- Native/bilingual in Turkish or Polish, fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Own new business development from pipeline to close
- Build and expand the Eastern European market
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales processes including tenders and negotiations
- Act as a trusted advisor on agentic AI impact
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Value Consulting
