Description

You will lead a team of consultants implementing Built's AI-powered platform for lending clients, ensuring clean go-lives and identifying expansion opportunities within 10 days. This role focuses on driving outcomes, improving AI-enabled workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver scalable foundations for lenders.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending or finance
• Proven team leadership experience
• Domain expertise in lending implementations
• Ability to drive continuous improvement within structured systems
• Strong client leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own lending implementation outcomes, ensuring clean scalable go-lives
• Identify expansion opportunities within 10 days of go-live
• Build and manage a persona-aligned implementation team
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve consistency
• Drive metrics-based performance across TT2ndV, ARR, CSAT, and expansion identification
