You'll support food safety and GMP regulations in a prep kitchen and blast chill environment. Your work ensures accurate documentation and CCP checks. You'll have the authority to stop production if a food safety concern arises.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform CCP checks including cooking and cooling temperatures
• Complete required documentation including CCP records
• Handle pre-operational inspections and environmental sampling
• Conduct dish inspections and chemical titrations

• Food safety knowledge (HACCP, allergens, sanitation, GMPs)
• Passion for accuracy
• Excellent communicative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
