💼 About This Role

You'll bridge practitioner support with automation delivery in the Clinical Operations Hub, keeping care operations running efficiently at scale. You'll split your time between responding to practitioner inquiries and managing consult queues, and designing Lorikeet workflows that automate repetitive tasks. This role is for someone equally comfortable in day-to-day support and building systems that scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for practitioners and pharmacy partners
• Monitor and manage consult queues to keep operations on track
• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Lorikeet
• Deliver scoped automation projects from brief to production

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Customer Service, Operations, or Support in SaaS/healthcare
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n)
• Strong analytical mindset using data to drive process improvement
• Excellent written and spoken English communicating technical concepts

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (JavaScript or Python)
• Experience with AI-powered automation or prompt engineering
