Description

Requirements
- 3+ years sales management experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in talent identification and building high-performing teams
- Willingness to travel to industry events and face-to-face meetings
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales and channel representatives
- Develop and execute multi and single-family sales strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and property management companies
