You'll maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with retirement plan regulations for a partner company. Your expertise will impact the performance and satisfaction of clients managing their 403(b) plans. Strong communication and analytical skills will be essential as you address client needs and operational challenges.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide timely customer service and issue resolution to clients and advisors
- Interpret plan documents and communicate improvements to clients and partners
- Analyze census to determine eligibility and calculate employer contributions
- Lead client and advisor calls/meetings and conduct year-end cleanup activities
๐ Requirements
- College degree or 7+ years of retirement experience
- Minimum 3 years in account manager or similar role
- QKA designation required or willingness to attain
- Mastery of administrator functions and skills
