💼 About This Role

You'll be the chief architect of the jewelry vertical at 1stDibs, a leading online marketplace for design lovers. You'll drive GMV growth by blending high-end market expertise with clinical analytical rigor and sit at the intersection of dealer relationships, data insights, and marketplace strategy. This role offers the opportunity to shape one of the most prestigious categories in luxury e-commerce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute a long-term growth strategy for Jewelry.
• Partner with Dealer Relations to onboard top estates and brands.
• Build trusted relationships with dealers using data-driven insights.
• Dive into marketplace KPIs to identify actionable growth levers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CX teams to enhance the jewelry-buying journey.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in category/inventory management in luxury e-commerce or auction houses.
• Analytical rigor with marketplace KPIs and data storytelling.
• Deep product knowledge of fine, vintage, and designer jewelry.
• Influence to move complex initiatives cross-functionally.

• Gemology credentials (GIA or similar).
• Experience in luxury resale or auction market.
