💼 About This Role

You'll provide day-to-day support for PLM and adjacent Regulatory/R&D systems, serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams. You'll help ensure system stability and process efficiency across the product lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide daily operational support for PLM and related systems.
• Act as primary contact for system questions and troubleshooting.
• Support system releases, testing, and validation from a business-process perspective.
• Document system workflows and support processes for user adoption.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a technical-functional or systems support role for PLM or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes across the product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Regulatory, R&D, or compliance-driven workflows.
• Ability to work flexible hours for U.S. time zone collaboration.

• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or regulated consumer products.
• Interest in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.
• Clear communicator able to work across business and technical teams.
