You will lead a high-performing multi-functional IT team responsible for systems engineering, endpoint engineering, and digital workplace technology. Your role ensures operational excellence, drives IT strategy, and delivers a world-class technology experience as the company scales.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related IT/Engineering discipline
• 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Hands-on familiarity with identity management (Okta/Entra), endpoint management tools, and core SaaS systems
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems and system administration
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing multi-functional IT team
• Establish roadmaps, OKRs, and capacity plans for EUS, Systems, Endpoint, and Digital Workplace
• Oversee core IT infrastructure including VDI, identity, collaboration, SaaS platforms, directory services, and authentication
• Own device management strategy across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms
• Drive integration, automation, and tool governance to reduce friction across teams
