You'll provide play-based ABA therapy to children with neurodevelopmental differences, working 1:1 and in groups. You'll implement behavior plans developed with your BCBA, track progress, and collaborate with families, fostering meaningful developmental gains in a supportive, transdisciplinary environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA
- Document session data to track treatment goals
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments
π Requirements
- Experience working with children
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
- Ability to travel within a 30-40 minute radius using reliable transportation

- Experience with autism
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
