💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone for complex, multi-workstream engagements at a strategic marketing agency. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality while mentoring junior PMs. This role partners with Account, Strategy, and Creative leaders to translate vision into execution in a fast-growing, senior team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day program management across complex client engagements
• Lead integrated timelines, scopes, resourcing plans, and budgets
• Identify risks early and propose solutions to keep programs on track
• Mentor Project Managers and drive operational rigor

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of program or project management in a creative or marketing agency
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience mentoring or managing junior PMs

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP, Agile, or similar certification
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors
• Familiarity with MLR review processes
