Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to executives, providing data-driven insights and talent market intelligence to shape workforce planning
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of 20+ recruiters and operations professionals
• Oversee TA operations, deploying modern tools and improving analytics and reporting
• Build and manage long-term talent pipelines for high-impact roles in Boston and Dublin
• Ensure consistent, exceptional candidate experience that reflects company values
