• Build executive-level trusted advisor relationships with IT and Engineering teams.
• Drive adoption of PagerDuty products through process and change management.
• Identify risks and collaborate with sales to create mitigation plans.
• Prepare and facilitate business reviews, training sessions, and demos.

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of customer-facing experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in developing business value ROI models.
• Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture and DevOps principles.
