You'll own Legal's operating layer at an AI-native fintech company. You'll design intake, compliance, contract ops, and AI workflows. Build systems from scratch and automate manual workflows to scale a small legal team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design legal intake, triage, and tracking workflows
• Maintain regulatory compliance infrastructure and audit readiness
• Rebuild contract lifecycle with AI-structured data
• Operate data retention program across systems

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in legal operations or equivalent in-house exposure
• Proven AI fluency building durable workflows (Claude skills, APIs)
• Track record of building systems from scratch
• Excellent project management discipline and self-direction

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth tech or fintech
• Exposure to regulated environments (financial services, mortgage, healthcare)
• Paralegal or chief-of-staff background
