You'll act as a subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center, guiding clients to deploy solutions that align with business goals. - Serve as subject matter expert on Zendesk for Contact Center.
- Lead design and configuration workshops to produce Technical Design Documents.
- Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and go-live phases.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting.
- Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
