  • Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and go-live phases.

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting.
  • Experience with Amazon Connect is essential.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with complex cloud-based solutions.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
