💼 About This Role

You'll design and build core systems for our AI-native workflow engine, working across a full stack including Word add-in, Next.js, and Go services. You'll collaborate with product and customers to ship features that transform how in-house legal teams review contracts. This role offers the chance to own end-to-end features in a fast-paced, high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own full-stack features across Word add-in and web application.
• Architect scalable backend services using Go, Postgres, and Cloud Run.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to productionize agentic and retrieval systems.
• Gather requirements directly from customers to shape product direction.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience building production backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go or similar typed backend language.
• Experience designing scalable systems with HTTP APIs, Postgres, and Redis.
• Experience shipping user-facing features end to end.

• Experience with Office add-ins.
• Experience with agentic workflows or legal-tech systems.
