๐ผ About This Role
You'll own Figma Weave's most important creative accounts globally, building deep executive relationships and driving organizational change. Your core impact will be expanding Weave's footprint across named large accounts. This role is a trusted partner to creative leaders shaping culture at influential companies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a named book of large creative accounts and drive net revenue retention and expansion.
- Build executive-level relationships and become a trusted advisor for Weave deployments.
- Drive organizational change by identifying champions and gaining executive sponsorship.
- Partner with Customer Enablement and Product Marketing to ensure customer value realization.
- Represent strategic account insights to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts at a global level.
- Proven track record exceeding net revenue retention and expansion targets.
- Experience building C-suite and VP-level relationships and navigating complex organizations.
- Managed complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles (6+ months) with 6/7 figure deals.

- Experience selling into creatively-intensive industries like entertainment or gaming.
- Familiarity with AI-native workflows or creative tooling at scale.
- Certification in deal qualification or strategic account management frameworks.
