Requirements

• Dynamic facilitator with experience delivering high-impact training
• Ability to translate complex enterprise workflows into role-based learning
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude Code
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Must be work authorized in the US without employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instructor-led training in virtual and in-person environments
• Facilitate engaging, inclusive learning sessions with real-time adaptation to learner needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve training materials and processes
• Establish processes to evaluate feedback and implement measurable improvements
• Manage LMS activities for blended learning programs
