💼 About This Role

You'll lead the vision and development of Teads' Enterprise Performance product suite, shaping the next generation of AI-powered advertising solutions. You'll drive product strategy, oversee design and delivery, and ensure successful launch and continuous improvement of cross-team initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive product vision and roadmap for Performance solutions.
• Lead design and development of scalable, innovative ad solutions.
• Drive rollout of complex, cross-team product initiatives.
• Engage with clients and partners to validate product value and adoption.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years as a Product Manager in ad-tech
• Experience in Performance advertising (mid/lower funnel or Retail Media)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor/Master degree in marketing or engineering
