You'll coordinate day-to-day plant construction activities for a fiber-optic internet provider, overseeing permitting, scheduling, and closeout processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare permit applications and fee payments to municipalities
• Monitor permit expiration dates and request extensions
• Manage closeout documentation (NOCs, as-builts, CPUC filings)
• Push JIRA workflows and upload project files to SharePoint

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of utility construction project coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF)
• Understanding of aerial and underground construction permitting
• Knowledge of AT&T and PG&E paperwork processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with JIRA or SharePoint
• Familiarity with GIS and AutoCAD
• Associate's degree in construction management or related field
