💼 About This Role

You'll build internal tools and AI-powered automation that make every team at Prelude move faster and ship with confidence. You'll work directly with stakeholders to turn friction into functional software, owning projects end-to-end. You'll evaluate and integrate the latest AI engineering tools like Claude, Cursor, and n8n.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain internal tools across engineering, ops, and finance
• Build agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and fix friction points
• Integrate SaaS tools and build dashboards on top of data layer

📋 Requirements

• Experience shipping in high-paced environments with a track record of finishing work
• Shipped automated workflows and AI-powered tools in production
• Solid backend skills in Go or TypeScript with API design
• Comfortable working across the stack including React and data layer

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with developer experience or platform engineering
• Familiarity with fintech, identity, fraud, or regulated domains
• Experience integrating with common SaaS APIs (CRM, billing, support)
