💼 About This Role

You'll oversee end-to-end manufacturing for combustion device hardware on the Aeon-R and Vacuum Engine programs. Your work will directly impact scaling from development to high-rate production for Terran R's launch manifest. You'll collaborate across teams to drive manufacturability and process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for combustion devices
• Collaborate with design engineering on manufacturability
• Drive continuous improvement to support production ramp
• Ensure hardware delivery meets program targets

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering
• 2+ years of experience building and testing hardware in manufacturing
• Experience authoring work instructions for complex assemblies
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing principles
