💼 About This Role

You'll lead emergency veterinary care at a VEG hospital in Greenville, SC, handling complex cases including exotics. You'll also be a leader on the hospital floor, backed by a supportive team and resources for continuous learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer medical questions over the phone
• See patients immediately using VEG Triage and VEG Spikes
• Conduct physical exams and diagnostic procedures like ultrasounds, X-rays, bloodwork
• Perform emergency surgeries including soft tissue and endoscopy

📋 Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Experience in emergency medicine including emergency surgery and endoscopy
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg alone and up to 40 kg with assistance
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating/as-needed basis
