💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end equity administration and cap table management for a high-growth distributed company, ensuring accuracy across Finance, Legal, and HR. Your work will directly support financial reporting, audits, and compensation planning cycles while building scalable systems. This role offers fully remote flexibility and the option to receive compensation in Bitcoin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end equity administration including grants, vesting, and terminations
• Maintain cap table accuracy and governance standards
• Partner with Finance and Legal on audits and reporting
• Support compensation planning cycles and benchmarking

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in equity administration or compensation in high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of equity structures and management systems
• High attention to data accuracy and governance
• Experience partnering across Finance, Legal, and HR

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SEC reporting or proxy statements
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
• Experience with global or multi-jurisdiction programs
