🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end technical architecture and key decisions
• Serve as primary technical partner for the client
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmap
• Mentor engineers and guide pragmatic decision-making
• Contribute hands-on to architecturally significant parts

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven experience architecting and leading complex data-centric systems
• Exceptional client-facing skills and communication
• Deep technical expertise to earn team confidence

• Experience with documents, data pipelines, or AI/ML systems
• Hands-on expertise with Python in data-intensive environments
