You'll serve as the connective tissue between research teams and model development roadmap at a frontier AI and physical sciences company. Your core impact is accelerating the translation of scientific progress into outcomes that matter. You'll own operations in a deeply technical environment without being a researcher yourself.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain research planning and milestone tracking systems
• Coordinate compute and lab resource allocation across projects
• Drive product planning process with founders and product leads
• Lead special projects and strategic analyses

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, or related field
• 5+ years in strategy, operations, or product management
• Ability to read and engage with primary scientific literature
• Experience designing planning systems in exploratory environments

• PhD in physical science with computational research experience
• Experience in research operations or technical program management
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows
