Description
You will own the marketing strategy and execution for Afterpay's most strategic enterprise merchant partnerships, working 1:1 with a portfolio of about 20 enterprise merchants to drive growth at checkout across online and in-store experiences. This senior individual contributor role requires strong judgment and cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in marketing, partner marketing, or integrated marketing with enterprise retailer or brand exposure.
- Strong expertise across digital marketing channels: paid media, paid social, ecommerce, CRM.
- Prior experience at a retailer or consumer brand strongly preferred; agency experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of in-store marketing and omnichannel customer journeys.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results in cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partner marketing strategy for assigned enterprise merchants aligned to shared goals.
- Act as strategic marketing advisor to enterprise merchant stakeholders across digital channels.
- Develop annual and quarterly partner marketing plans with Sales and Account Management.
- Lead execution of bespoke partner marketing programs coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Insights & Analytics to define metrics, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
