You'll lead design for Tubi's Discovery Lifecycle team, shaping how content is presented across the platform. You'll collaborate with ML and research teams to improve content personalization for over 100 million monthly active users. This role offers the chance to own end-to-end product design in a high-impact streaming environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Research and ML to identify product opportunities
• Collaborate with Data Science to understand user behavior and measure design impact
• Garner stakeholder approval and drive alignment across teams
• Design scalable solutions across all Tubi platforms

📋 Requirements

• ~5 years experience in building digital products
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design and prototyping skills
• Experience delivering customer-centered experiences impacting millions of users
• Proficiency in Figma, ProtoPie or equivalent tools
