• Lead a small People Operations team across multiple hubs
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll
• Automate manual processes and implement AI-driven HR tools
• Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve employee lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• Multi-hub experience managing People Operations across Germany and UK
• Leadership with proven experience managing a People Ops team
• Bilingual proficiency in German and English
• Automation mindset with track record of moving from manual to automated workflows
