You'll be matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to paint vehicles in our high-tech paint booths. Your work will ensure customers receive cars in first-rate condition, contributing to Carvana's mission of delivering exceptional vehicles. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Match and mix paint colors for vehicles
• Apply water-based paint inside paint booths
• Paint vehicles to meet quality standards
• Perform final sanding and buffing as needed

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work mandatory overtime in a fast-paced environment
