💼 About This Role

You'll drive sales of Azul's Platform Prime to large enterprises, working with sales and technical teams. You'll build a 3X pipeline and close business in North America using MEDDPICC qualification. This remote individual-contributor role targets key verticals like e-commerce and fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new Prime business.
  • Engage existing Platform Core customers to upsell Prime.
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years direct software sales experience.
  • Proven track record selling on-premise and cloud software to large enterprises.
  • Experience in infrastructure space (OS, JVM, Container).
  • Experience selling Java-based open source enterprise products.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in online retail, e-commerce, ad-tech, gaming, or financial services.
  • Proficient in MEDDPICC deal qualification methodology.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
