Description

You will lead strategic, cross-functional technical initiatives that accelerate innovation across Kaseya's product lines, driving alignment between engineering, product, security, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years leading technical programs or engineering initiatives
• 10+ years managing technical or program teams in fast-paced software development environments
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, distributed software programs across multiple teams and geographies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience in high-scale SaaS environments and understanding of enterprise IT operations and MSP workflows

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-quarter programs spanning cybersecurity, IT automation, and platform modernization
• Define program scope, technical dependencies, timelines, and execution frameworks
• Drive governance, program dashboards, OKRs, and reporting mechanisms for executive transparency
• Work closely with Product Management to translate business priorities into executable technical plans
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers across global offices
