Requirements

• 3+ years experience developing large-scale, highly-available systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar technical field
• Bonus: experience in gaming industry, monetization, or personalization platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with highest economic impact and visibility
• Develop systems for creators to optimize revenue within Roblox
• Implement personalization platforms for creator economy optimization
• Collaborate with product, data science, and ML engineers on strategy and requirements
