This hybrid role offers the chance to work with global clients from an office in Vilnius city centre.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Source candidates through online channels and professional networks
• Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls
• Update and maintain candidate information in an ATS

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques
• Familiarity with social media sourcing and professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
