🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee payroll delivery and financial operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Lead internal and external audits, assessing and mitigating risks.
• Develop scalable processes and leverage automation to improve efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in Payroll and Financial Operations.
• 5+ years of experience with multi-jurisdiction payroll tax regulations.
• Proven experience in a SaaS delivery model with enterprise clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA, CPA, CPP, or similar certification.
• Experience in banking or regulated payment environments.
• Hospitality industry experience.
