💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the development of module assembly processes for a state-of-the-art gigafactory at Verkor. You'll ensure key targets for schedule and OEE are met while collaborating with customers and suppliers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and specify process equipment for module lines
• Improve and ramp up module processes at gigafactory scale
• Establish and verify DOE, PFMEA, and control plans
• Collaborate with customers and machine suppliers

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in lithium-ion battery module field
• Exposure to high-volume manufacturing of cells and modules for automotive customer
• Extensive experience in team management for an engineering group
