💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key connector for our remote-first community while stewarding our Irvine office. You'll bridge remote culture and in-office presence, producing onsite gatherings and ensuring every team member feels connected to our mission. This role has a consistent in-office presence typically 2 days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end production of quarterly Community Weeks and departmental onsites.
• Own the internal community calendar including virtual trivia and in-person Community Days.
• Manage new hire experience initiatives including onboarding communications and swag.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations for the Irvine location.
• Track and manage community and office-related spend against budget.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating multi-day events with complex logistics.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Figma, and AI tools for workflow streamlining.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for professional and engaging communication.
• Ability to act as a self-starter who improves community programs proactively.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and procurement tools like Zip.
• Experience with engagement analytics and survey-driven improvements.
