• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on residential systems.

• Maintain accurate records of service calls and parts used in Service Titan.

📋 Requirements

• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to achieve a first-time fix rate best in class.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for service vehicle.
• Commitment to safety protocols and zero incidents.
