🎯 What You'll Do

• Research ML-based PHY algorithms balancing performance and cost
• Design and train neural networks for channel estimation and decoding
• Develop algorithms from research to simulation to official release
• Benchmark ML solutions against traditional DSP approaches

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Experience with neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers)
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience applying ML to PHY problems (channel estimation, MIMO detection)
• PHY algorithms development for wireless modems
• Experience with ONNX Runtime or TensorRT
