💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing used car marketplace as a key member of the legal team, handling commercial agreements, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance. Your work will directly support the company's rapid scaling and industry-changing mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts (partnerships, marketing, SaaS)
• Provide legal support on M&A and corporate transactions
• Advise on payments regulation and employment law matters
• Build relationships across the organization, from customer service to C-Suite

📋 Requirements

• UK-qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• Experience at a reputable law firm or in-house at a tech/VC-backed company
• Commercial contracts drafting experience plus expertise in at least one of: M&A, AI governance, disputes, SaaS, payments, employment law

• In-house experience within a tech business or scale-up
