You'll lead test automation strategy and mentor a team for a privacy governance platform at OneTrust. Your core impact is designing scalable frameworks that integrate with CI/CD to ensure high-quality releases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SDET team
• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
• Collaborate with developers on unit/integration tests
• Execute and oversee test cases for coverage
• Analyze test results and provide insights for quality improvement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience as developer, automation engineer or SDET
• 8+ years coding in Java with strong OOPs knowledge
• 4+ years with Selenium or Cypress for GUI automation
• 4+ years with REST Assured or Postman for API automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML systems in testing
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes for scalable test architecture
• Experience in performance analysis (CPU, memory, etc.)
