💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth of FitzMark's LTL and Managed Transportation offerings across national branches, partnering with sales leaders and executive teams. You'll act as a subject-matter expert and deal architect to support complex enterprise opportunities. This role stands out for its focus on enabling branch teams through pricing strategy and carrier economics.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Support branch sales teams on large, complex LTL and MT opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategies and bid responses aligning with market conditions.
  • Train and mentor branch teams on LTL market dynamics and value propositions.
  • Monitor market trends and carrier capacity to inform go-to-market strategy.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain sales with LTL/MT exposure.
  • Proven experience supporting complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of LTL pricing structures and carrier economics.
