🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary benefits contact for small group employer clients
• Guide clients through renewal process from assessment to enrollment
• Proactively recommend coverage options and plans
• Provide clear guidance on health insurance concepts via phone and email

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role
• Active Life and Health Producer License
• Experience supporting a client portfolio or managing ongoing relationships
• Track record of strong client retention and service delivery
