Description

You will perform maintenance on production machinery, analyzing and diagnosing issues, and assist with repairs as part of a team or independently on the night shift. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly at a leading architectural glass and building products company.

Requirements

• Wire motors, motor starters, relays, and VFDs with little assistance
• Perform plumbing including PVC, black iron, and copper pipe
• Cut with oxy/acetylene and plasma cutter
• Troubleshoot most problems using prints
• Work with little or no supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on assigned production machinery
• Analyze and diagnose equipment problems
• Turn in problems needing repair on P.M.
• Help others with problems when needed
• Work in a safe manner and identify safety hazards
