💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end supply planning for silicon and PCIe card product lines at a generative AI startup. You'll be the operational backbone, managing supplier relationships, logistics, and inventory while leveraging AI tools to build processes from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own wafer starts planning and delivery tracking with IC vendor
• Manage silicon POs end-to-end: creation, acknowledgment, delivery, receipt
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments for Santa Clara facility
• Manage sales order entry, allocation, ATP/CTP confirmation, scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in supply chain planning
• Deep experience with NetSuite ERP (MRP, supply planning, procurement, inventory)
• Proven track record managing silicon or semiconductor supply chains
• Experience working with contract manufacturers (CM/EMS) and ASIC partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML tools for supply chain
• Familiarity with PCIe card, server, or networking hardware supply chains
• APICS/CSCP certification
