πΌ About This Role
You'll join the Flex Pay team to drive revenue growth by creating qualified opportunities and building trusted relationships with enterprise and mid-market merchants. You'll shape the prospecting motion for our innovative BNPL offering. This role is ideal for a self-starter in a fast-paced environment who enjoys building from scratch.
π― What You'll Do
- Build and manage a high-velocity prospecting engine across outbound channels.
- Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts and buyer personas.
- Translate FlexPayβs BNPL value proposition into compelling outreach.
- Qualify inbound interest to convert into high-quality pipeline.
π Requirements
- Currently based in Canada or remote with strong ties to the Canadian market.
- Proven experience selling into Canadian customers or accounts.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, buying behaviour, and market.
- Ability to navigate regional differences (e.g., provinces, regulations, or cultural considerations).

- Established network or relationships within key industries or regions in Canada.
